Paddle sells the subscription in its own name and to that extent becomes your contractual partner for price, payment, invoicing, VAT and refunds. We remain your contractual partner for the provision and use of the software. The details are governed by § 1 of our Terms of Use.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. As a business with ten or fewer employees, we are exempt from the information duty under § 36 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 VSBG (German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act) pursuant to § 36 Abs. 3 VSBG.

You can report illegal content in JobSteward at any time to support@job-steward.com. We confirm receipt of a report without undue delay, examine it promptly and communicate our decision to you with a statement of reasons. Communication is possible in German and English.
Accessibility
JobSteward is operated by a micro-enterprise within the meaning of § 2 Nr. 17 BFSG (German Accessibility Strengthening Act) (fewer than ten employees and an annual turnover of no more than 2 million euros). Under § 3 Abs. 3 BFSG, the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz does not apply to services provided by micro-enterprises.

Liability for content and links
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected.
